1. Processing Time: Meticulous Preparation

Each Ikrest piece is meticulously inspected, carefully hand-folded or steamed, and lovingly packaged in our signature luxury packaging before being dispatched from our atelier.

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Custom/Bespoke Items: Made-to-order and bespoke items will have individual timelines communicated by your Client Advisor.

2. Shipping Destinations & Methods

We are proud to deliver Ikrest craftsmanship across Nigeria and to select international destinations.

Within Nigeria:

Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days – ₦6,500
Express Delivery: 1-2 business days – ₦15,500
Lagos & Abuja Concierge Delivery: Same-day/Next-day delivery available for orders placed before 12 PM – ₦30,500

International Shipping:

Available to select countries via DHL Express, GIGL
Delivery timelines: 3-7 business days depending on destination
Shipping costs calculated at checkout
Please note: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by their country.

For our Lagos and Abuja clients, we offer a premium white-glove delivery service:

Scheduled Delivery Windows: Choose a 2-hour delivery window that suits your schedule
Personal Presentation: Your delivery executive will present your items in their pristine packaging
Contactless Delivery: Available upon request
This service is complimentary on orders over ₦250,000

4. Order Tracking & Communication

From the moment your order leaves our atelier, you can follow its journey:

Shipping Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order is dispatched
Real-Time Tracking: Monitor your package’s progress directly through our website or the carrier’s app
Delivery Updates: Receive SMS notifications on the day of delivery

5. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Threshold

Free Standard Shipping within Nigeria on all orders over ₦200,000
Free Concierge Delivery within Lagos & Abuja on all orders over ₦350,000
International shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination

6. Multiple Item Orders & Gift Packaging

Multiple Items: If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages to ensure the safest possible delivery
Complimentary Gift Packaging: All orders include our signature gift boxing and tissue wrapping at no additional cost
Handwritten Notes: Include a personalized message during checkout for a bespoke touch

7. Delivery Issues & Support

While we strive for flawless delivery, sometimes circumstances require our special attention:

Failed Delivery Attempts: We will contact you to reschedule a convenient delivery time
Incorrect Address: Please review your shipping information carefully. If you need to correct an address, contact us within 1 hour of ordering at [care@ikrest.ng]
Lost or Stolen Packages: Ikrest is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but then stolen or lost. Please ensure a secure delivery location is specified
