At Ikrest, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our classic and luxury pieces. However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Please read our policy below to understand your options.

1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for items that meet the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original pristine condition, with all tags attached and intact.

  • Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any dust bags, gift boxes, or authenticity cards.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Made-to-Order & Bespoke Pieces.

  • Beauty & Fragrance Products.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” during promotional events.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within the 14-day window, email our Customer Service team at sales (AT) ikrest.ng with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.

  2. Provide Details: Please let us know the reason for the return and whether you prefer an exchange or a refund.

  3. Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Returns without this authorization may not be accepted.

  4. Ship Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging and ship them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of the return shipping and send you a replacement immediately.

  • Change of Mind: For returns based on a change of mind (e.g., size, style), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The initial outbound shipping fee is also non-refundable.

5. Inspection & Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. This process typically takes 3-5 business days after the item is received at our warehouse.

  • Upon Approval: Once your return is approved, we will notify you and process your exchange or refund.

  • If Not Approved: If the returned item does not meet our eligibility criteria (e.g., shows signs of wear, is damaged, or has tags removed), we will not be able to process the return. The item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

6. Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Timeline: Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days of our approval.

  • Amount: The refund will be for the value of the returned product(s). Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

  • Please Allow Time: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

7. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or colour, subject to availability.

  • If the item you wish to exchange for is of a higher value, you will be charged the difference.

  • If it is of a lower value, we will refund you the difference.

  • Once the returned item is received and approved, we will ship your exchanged item.

8. Damaged or Faulty Items

We meticulously check every item before dispatch. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately at sales (AT) ikrest.ng within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photographs/videos of the damage or fault. We will guide you through the process and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
